THE NEW STANFORD CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
Build a new hospital, hire an architectural photographer, right? NOPE! Build a hospital and hire a lifestyle photographer to capture the humanity within it! I was tasked with this concept by Hub San Francisco for the launch of the new Stanford Children's Hospital. The project needed to show the space which was designed with unique interactive areas and have a feeling of connection, exploration, warmth, and fun. With over 100 people on set everyday, my goal was to shoot each scene integrating with the motion team and look for spontaneity within each set. The hospital was still being built so talent, props, and even some plants had to be brought in. The commercials aired locally and the print ads were used in billboards in and around the SF Bay Area and also in a massive transit station takeover.
